North County Junior Golf Association
NCJGA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in San Diego's beautiful North County. Established in 1967, our mission is to make junior golf accessible, affordable, and fun for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels.
NCJGA Tournaments
NCJGA is unique because we organize our tournaments
by age and skill level.
So our tournaments are exciting for families with experienced players and families who are just getting started in tournament golf. Tournaments are organized into two tours:
- Championship Tour · Tournaments are played at full-size courses that are setup for experienced golfers.
- Executive Tour · Tournaments are played at smaller, executive courses that are ideal for golfers who are new to tournament golf.
Any junior golfer can register to play in an NCJGA tournament. If you also become an NCJGA Member, you will receive tournament fee discounts and other benefits.
Toyota Cup · 2011
The NCJGA has secured full year exemptions (one boys / one girls) for the 2011 PGA
Southern California Junior Tour Toyota Cup series, for the 2011 season. Play against the best
junior golf competition in Southern California.

NCJGA · 2010
The 2009 NCJGA season was our most productive ever.
We would like to thank the families and kids who participated in our events!
2010 will also be very exciting with new and fun monthly events for children of all ages and skill levels!
Learn to play and enjoy the game of golf with the NCJGA!
- Individual stroke play events designed to promote the goodness of the game
- Fair competition with proper sportsmanship is expected at every event
- Parents and families are involved and encouraged to participate and give back
- New exciting fun events - parent/ child - team & individual tournaments
- Designed for boys and girls of all skill levels to develop their interest in golf
NCJGA Academy · Fall 2010
The NCJGA Academy provides camps, lessons, clinics and exhibitions for junior golfers.
The Fall 2010 academy sessions will be held at the Crossings at Carlsbad Golf Course on Tuesday thru Thursday (3:30pm - 5:00pm) and
Saturday (2:30pm - 4:00pm) from September 7th to November 20th.
A session includes 1 hour monthly private instruction and 1.5 hours of supervised weekly practice. NCJGA member cost is $150 per month and non-members are $175. Discounts available for 3 month signups.
Open to the first 40 students who sign up.

Carlsbad Golf Center Gift Cards
Carlsbad Golf Center has donated $5,000 in gift cards as prizes for the 2010 season!
NCJGA will award these prizes based on tournament performance and improvement.
NCGJA thanks CGC for their continued support of junior golf in North County.
Youth On Course
NCJGA continues to partner with the SCGA Foundation's Youth On Course program which offers affordable golf opportunities to area junior golfers.
Youth On Course makes golf accessible to juniors by establishing $2-5 course access fees and $1 range balls (1 bucket per day per junior) during off peak hours.
